Siddharth Sachdeva

After gaining his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in CS Engineering from Warwick University, UK, Siddharth then went and gained his MBA from IIM in Bangalore, India. Further, he pursued a strategic marketing programme from the University of Michigan, US.
Using his education experience, Siddharth drove the technology changes within the family business and focused on corporate culture within the group upgrading the same to the level of being one of the great lubricant and grease companies worldwide.

The group is known for its dedication and attention to detail which has brought the world's greatest brands to their doors and they can boost customers such as Castrol, Shell, Mobil, Valvoline, Fuchs, Indian Oil, as well as Timken and SKF to name but a few.
With four plants in India the family looked to expand abroad and under Siddharth's leadership the group built and commissioned their new pant in the UAE, a technological state-of-the-art lubricant and grease plant on the Inner harbour of the Hamriyah Free Zone. This is the first of its kind in the region, being a fully automated, PLC controlled grease and lubricant plant run on ABB technology.
Siddharth is married with two children and his wife Bhavika, plays a prominent and important role in the company next to Siddharth.
Being a natural sportsman, playing cricket, tennis and golf, he brings these competitive talents to the business to drive it forward. He has become the “Face“ of the group, often invited to give keynote speeches at industry events. He is a great ambassador for the industry and the family business, making sure that it stays true to their credo of being the finest private label Grease and Lubricant manufacturer worldwide.

Manas Sahoo

Manas Sahoo serves as the Chief Industry Advisor for the Energy Industry at SAP in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). With a focus on guiding energy leaders through sustainable energy transitions, Manas leverages digital, Industry 4.0 technologies, and intelligent processes to drive progress. He is renowned for developing business strategies and promoting thought leadership in the energy sector for SAP EMEA.
With a career spanning 23 years, Manas has excelled in Management Consulting, Value Advisory, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Business Architecture, People/Project/Product Management, and coaching colleagues. His consistent performance has earned him a reputation as a top performer.

Since beginning her professional journey in 2011, Bhavika has established herself as a global leader, managing operations across two geographies and driving innovation, change, and growth within her organizations.

With a background in finance, Bhavika continuously enhances her expertise through numerous courses, demonstrating her commitment to personal and professional development. Her impactful contributions to the industry have earned her numerous awards and recognitions over the years. Bhavika’s passion for her work is evident in her transformative contributions to her companies and her unwavering dedication to her career. With extensive experience across the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Pakistan markets, Asif offers consulting services and has a deep understanding of these regions. Based in Al Hamriyah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, he has a rich background in marketing and selling branded lubricants throughout the Middle East, Pakistan, and East and North Africa.

Throughout his career, Asif has successfully appointed distributors and set up manufacturing plants through licensees in the Middle East, Pakistan, and Africa. Currently, he provides consultation and services related to base oils, additives, lubricants, and greases in these regions.

Trivendra Kumar

Trivendra Kumar serves as the Technical Manager at Coraplus India Pvt. Ltd., a renowned company in the field of industrial chemistry, celebrated for its innovative solutions and cutting-edge research. At Coraplus, Trivendra is at the forefront of driving advancements and leading technical initiatives, significantly contributing to the company's reputation for excellence and innovation.

Holding a postgraduate degree in Industrial Chemistry with a specialization in Oils, Fats, and Waxes, Trivendra brings over 19 years of extensive experience in the research and development of metalworking fluids (MWF). Dr. Shaheela Abdul Majeed

Dr. Shaheela Banu Abdul Majeed serves as an Information Security & Compliance Officer and Auditor in a leading oil and gas company. She was honored with the title of Cyber Woman of the Year 2024 in Kuwait at the Cyber First Event and holds a Doctorate in Cybersecurity. Dr. Shaheela co-manages the Cyber Heals Ibby Cyber Security Mentorship and co-founded the Ibby Cyber Women Warriors. She is also a promoter, tester, and brand ambassador for Cyberheals products and services.

With over a decade of experience as a mentor and trainer in cybersecurity, Dr. Shaheela has an additional 15+ years in vulnerability and patch management, and malware analysis. Her career includes roles in the leading insurance and banking sectors in Kuwait. She has led penetration testing and ISMS audits for numerous healthcare and educational institutions in Kuwait and India. Dr. Shaheela is a Certified Ethical Hacker and Cisco Security Specialist.

Bhupinder Singh

Mr. Bhupinder Singh is a senior, well-rounded professional, with over 27 years of experience, predominantly in Oil & Gas (Lubricants) sector working for reputed organizations like British Petroleum (BP), Castrol, Pidilite and Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO). He is currently working as regional director for 125 years old British lubricants brand Duckhams. He has handled leadership roles in different geographies and is armed with consistent track record of delivering success across Asia,Middle East and Africa. He has proven expertise in P&L management, strategic thinking, and leading people. He has also Chaired/Cochaired and is speaker in ICIS and AMEA conferences.

Leticia Parra Rodríguez

Leticia Parra-Rodriguez is a renowned industry expert, a patent holder and a Researcher with the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has held senior operational roles with Ferrovial leading pavement design and construction on major infrastructure projects in Europe, US, Canada and South America.

Leticia was qualified by TOTAL to lead technical business development and manufacturing operations with Sustainable Road Solutions. Leticia is a member of the Technical Committee for Pavement Design at Sharjah University and works closely with several Engineering and regulatory bodies throughout the region providing technical support and thought leadership.

Neha Gupta

Neha Gupta serves as the Director of Regal Group, a prominent conglomerate based in the UAE with a global presence. Regal Group operates four companies within the UAE and has recently expanded into the UK.

In the UAE, Regal Group's operations include:
Regal Lubricants and Grease MFG LLC in Ajman, which focuses on the production of automotive and industrial lubricants. Regal Lubricants and Oil IND LLC in Sajja, where they manufacture white oils and petroleum jelly. Regal Petro Trading DMCC in Dubai, the trading arm responsible for base oils and other petrochemicals. Regal Petro Trading FZE in Hamriyah Free Zone, a storage facility at the port that supports bulk operations.

Neha oversees these four UAE-based companies and is also at the helm of Regal Group's new venture in the UK, Regal Petro Trading Ltd, which acts as the trading unit for their lubricants and petrochemical products.

He has held significant roles in reputable organisations like Shell and Total Energy and is currently serving as a Senior Consultant for various projects in the region.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ramadan has taken on leadership roles across different geographies, consistently delivering success across the EMEA region. He is recognised as a dynamic, results-oriented leader with strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen. Himani Kanwal

Himani Kanwal is a seasoned supply chain leader with over 22 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, spanning multiple industries and geographies.
