ADNOC Distribution Reports Record EBITDA and Accelerates Growth

In a recent press release, ADNOC Distribution announced a record-breaking EBITDA of $1.05 billion for FY 2024, marking a 4.8% year-on-year increase. The company continues to show strong growth in fuel and non-fuel segments, international expansion, and digital transformation.

ADNOC Distribution’s board recommends a $350 million dividend (10.285 fils per share) for H2 2024, subject to shareholder approval. With a clear growth strategy, the company aims to operate 1,000 service stations and over 500 EV charging points by 2028 while maintaining its leadership in the fuel and convenience retail sector.
