GE Vernova Strengthens Energy Ties with Saudi Arabia

Major investments and collaborations announced at the ‘New Era of Energy’ forum

In a latest news article in Oil & Gas Middle East, GE Vernova hosted the ‘New Era of Energy’ forum at King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in Riyadh, under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy. The event brought together over 200 senior leaders from public, private, and non-profit sectors to advance Saudi Arabia’s energy ecosystem in line with Vision 2030.

Expanding Local Manufacturing & Supply Chain
The forum also included GE Vernova’s Global Supplier Partnership Summit, attended by over 300 supplier organizations, reinforcing efforts to localize manufacturing, strengthen the energy supply chain, and attract foreign investments.

GE Vernova CEO Scott Strazik highlighted the company’s long-standing partnership with Saudi Arabia, stating, “We are leveraging global expertise to support the Kingdom, including through our GE Manufacturing and Technology Center and the Khobar Integration Facility.”

GE Vernova’s latest commitments reinforce its role in shaping Saudi Arabia’s energy future, aligning with the Kingdom’s sustainability and industrialization goals.
