He has played a pivotal role in transforming supply chains into agile, resilient, and digitized models. His leadership helped navigate the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and he pioneered AI-driven demand forecasting, reducing stockouts and excess inventory. Sanjay is committed to sustainability and CSR, fostering strong supplier relationships for ethical sourcing. With expertise across industries like FMCG, food, beverages, and lubricants, he continues to lead digital initiatives, driving innovation in the supply chain sector.

Sukla Mistry

Ms. Sukla Mistry brings over 37 years of experience in the Refining and Petrochemical sector. As the first woman Functional Director at Indian Oil, she led nine refineries and mega petrochemical plants, contributing to the company’s refining capacity of 80.55 million tonnes per annum. She played a key role in driving business transformation, digitalization, and strategy, helping Indian Oil achieve a revenue of over USD 115 billion.

Ms. Mistry is also a distinguished member of various committees, working with institutions like CSIR and IIT-Delhi to advance research and process safety.

With a strong foundation in business strategy, supply chain management, and sustainability, he has played a key role in global procurement and supplier development. Previously a practicing solicitor in the UK, Samer has successfully integrated his legal expertise into managing business growth and operational efficiency. Now based in South Africa, he oversees business development across the EMEA region, focusing on petrochemicals distribution, lubricants manufacturing, and logistics solutions.

Burny Johnson is the Senior Vice President - Lubricants at Emirates Petroleum Company (PJSC) - Emarat. With over 26 years of diverse experience across the oil, aviation, and tyre industries, he has held top management roles for more than 8 years, successfully leading multi-sector corporate portfolios and complex business models. A strategic leader recognized as one of the Top 200 Global Inspirational Leaders of 2024 by White Page International, Burny’s expertise spans business development, operational excellence, joint ventures, and market expansion. He holds an MBA in Management, an Economics degree, and an Aviation Diploma, complemented by certifications in JV principles, business ethics, and risk management.
