Sanjay Agarwal is a senior business leader with over 35 years of experience in the downstream petroleum industry, including more than 18 years in the Middle East. He currently heads VANOL FZE, a leading lubricants manufacturer with exports to several countries. His extensive expertise spans strategic business planning, end-to-end supply chain management, procurement strategy, operations, and P&L accountability. Having spent more than 18 years in the Middle East, Sanjay has a stellar track record of driving operational excellence, optimizing cost structures, and managing global supply chains, delivering lubricants and greases to countries across MENA, Africa, Europe, and Asia. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from BITS Pilani and an Executive MBA from IIM Kolkata.

Kivanc Karayol is the Deputy General Manager at SANY Group, driving strategic growth across Saudi Arabia, North Africa, and Turkey, with a strong focus on electric trucks, solar energy, wind turbines, and the renewable energy transition. Masood Hassan Qureshi is currently working as General Manager Operations in Technolube Dubai which is the subsidiary of Petrolube which is one of the Leading Lubricant Manufacturer and marketer in the GCC Region and Other Export Countries.

As a qualification, Masood is Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration in Marketing.

Masood has been into Oil Industry since last 28 years working on different leadership roles in his career in major Global and Regional companies.

Ali Al-Ganzory is a seasoned energy executive with over 15 years of experience in the global base oils and lubricants industry. Known for his strategic insight and entrepreneurial leadership, Ali has built a strong reputation for pioneering innovative supply models and forging impactful international partnerships across the MENA region and beyond.

Ali is the founder and CEO of G&B Global Corp, an emerging player in energy trading and industrial solutions, with growing operations across the UAE, Egypt, and Africa. Through G&B, he has led initiatives that positioned Egypt as a vital regional hub for base oils blending, storage, and re-export.

Passionate about sustainable development and industry collaboration, Ali is a regular speaker at leading conferences, advocating for smarter supply chains and stronger regional integration in the downstream sector. Danish Sachar

Danish Sachar is the CEO of Black Bulls Grease & Lubricants Manufacturing, a family-owned lubricant and petrochemical brand and manufacturer based in Dubai. Wajahat Haider

After completing his Bachelors at American University in Dubai. His initial venture was in the steel structure business, where he successfully expanded operations to South Africa. Haider is also a board member of SH Tech in South Africa, which operates a state-of-the-art shredding plant that processes steel for both local and export markets.

Subsequently, Mr. Haider joined General Petroleum FZE, marking the start of his second career in Strategic Planning and Business Development. He has honed significant expertise in areas such as business development of the entire range of products for GP domestically and internationally. Through his network and relationship with his multilingual skills, his extensive connections span the UAE and various international markets. Haider further advanced his education by completing a Master’s degree in Service Management and Design from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. Ms. Meenu Yadav is the General Manager of DANA Lubricants Factory LLC, where she has been instrumental in transforming the Lubricants & Petrochemicals division into a global player. Since joining DANA Group in 2013, she has driven the company’s evolution from a conventional blender to a 10,000 MT per annum operation, exporting base oils, lubricants, and petrochemicals to 45+ countries worldwide.
